Great hotel for visiting Jordan
We stayed at Rumman Hotel for 5 nights on our recent trip to Jordan. The host and his staff are all very helpful and friendly and speak good English. The hotel is clean and breakfast was excellent. Madaba has many interesting sites to visit. It is also a good base from which to make day trips to Jerash, Dead Sea, Mt Nebo and the Desert Castles etc. When we spent 2 nights in Petra and Wadi rum, the hotel was happy to keep our bag for our return. We used Amar, a driver that works with the hotel, to take us around and he was wonderful, always on time and helpful and his taxi is modern and reliable. If you want a good driver, he is the man but you need to book him well in advance as he is in great demand
