• First & Last night in Jordan

The Rumman Hotel staff was very friendly. They explained the city to us, provided a map, and answered any questions. The room was very clean & had plenty of blankets. I thought the bed & pillows were firm, but comfortable. Unfortunately, the heat was not working both nights we stayed. It was quite cold out, so the hotel staff brought in space heaters for us which made it manageable. The water took a while to heat and even after a while, it was warm at best. This was the one major downside considering my family visited in February.

The breakfast was very good considering the price we paid. Plenty of hot falafel, eggs, & cold arabic spreads. Tea & Coffee all day. Strong wifi connection in room & lobby.

    friendly option for travellers

i stayed i the hotel for 3 nights in april 2014. its fullfills the wishes of a travellers heart: i had a simple, clean room with a clean bathroom containing a small bathtube and a clean showercurtain. breakfast is a simple buffett in a bright clean room downstairs. there is a sitting area with a few tables on the first floor and a spaciouse lobby with comfortable living room chairs and sofa. wifi is working very well in the room also. the walk to st. george church wont take more than 10 to 15 min. cafes, restaurants and small shops are just accross the street. friendly staff who make you feel really welcome. they also help you to arrange tours or taxis. if you stay in rummans after a
stay at the dead sea they can send you a taxi to pick you up at the dead sea which is much cheaper than the taxis from the dead sea hotels.

  • Nice and spotless hotel, very helpful and friendly people

this hotel is situated in a rather calm street, but within a 10 minutes walk from the city center. The people at the reception were very kind, helpful and even joking on 1st April :-). They gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant stay in Madaba. The room was nice and the bathroom lovely (with a bath AND hot water!). Breakfast was okay!
We were brought there by Ali Marazeeq, a fantastic taxi driver and very kind man, with whom we travelled through the south of Jordan. Some parts of Jordan are not very easy to travel by yourselves (not easy by public transport) and if you do not want to lose to much time, then ask for Ali to make a proposal for a few days. We travelled with him for 6 days and it was worth it every Jordan DInar. Ask the reception!

    Very Satisfied

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. It was getting cold at night, and the heater worked well and kept us all warm. Internet worked great! Costumer service was great!
